Essential amino acids are the amino acids that the body cannot produce itself and must obtain from food.

Amino acids are the basic building blocks of proteins. The product covers the full spectrum of essential amino acids, including the three branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) leucine, isoleucine and valine. The tablets are free from artificial flavourings and sweeteners; the amino acids are usually derived from plant-based fermentation.
