The Mama Liebe Bundle combines five individual Nature Heart products for the time of trying to conceive and during pregnancy. All products are manufactured in Germany to GMP standards.

Important note for pregnant and breastfeeding women: According to the manufacturer, the omega-3 product included in the bundle (algae oil) is not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding should seek medical advice before taking this component or avoid it. The remaining products (methylfolate, vitamin B12, vitamin D3+K2, magnesium citrate) are common supplements during this time – and here too: clarify with a doctor beforehand.

Ingredients & context

Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Folate contributes to normal blood formation and vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. This applies from a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Take the individual products daily in accordance with their respective intake recommendations. Seek medical advice before and during pregnancy and breastfeeding and observe the intake recommendations of the individual products (in particular the omega-3 product). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
