Green Essence by Annapurna Life is a powder blend based on barley grass juice powder, meaning dried juice rather than ground grass. It also contains chlorella, kelp, D-ribose, grapefruit juice powder, wild yam extract and the bacterial culture Limosilactobacillus reuteri LR08. One tub contains 450 g. Through the kelp, the daily dose provides 165 µg of iodine (110% NRV). Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
