According to the manufacturer, it comes from a closed cultivation facility in Styria, Austria, and is stabilised with tocopherol-rich extracts. Acacia fibre serves as the carrier. According to the manufacturer, the product is vegan and comes in a wide-neck glass jar.

Ingredients according to the manufacturer: acacia fibre, astaxanthin-rich microencapsulated raw material from the alga Haematococcus pluvialis (modified starch, astaxanthin-rich oleoresin from Haematococcus pluvialis, tocopherol-rich extracts) and a capsule shell made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. One capsule contains 120 mg of Haematococcus pluvialis with 6 mg of astaxanthin. There is no nutrient reference value for astaxanthin, and no health claims are currently authorised for it.
