Does the bundle contain omega-3 or a B-complex?

No. It consists of iron, black seed oil, Meereskraft Sango+ and vitamin C. An omega-3 product or B-complex is not included.

Can I simply take the bundle while breastfeeding?

Why does black seed oil carry no claim?

There is currently no authorised health claim for black seed in the EU. We mention it only as an ingredient.
