Description
Product description
Darm Liebe Bio Pro is a food supplement with bacterial cultures and dietary fibre. One capsule provides 15 different bacterial strains with a total of 30 billion colony-forming units (CFU). The capsules are gastric acid-resistant.
Ingredients & composition
It contains 15 bacterial strains (30 billion CFU per capsule) as well as dietary fibre. We deliberately describe the product solely through its composition – amounts, strains and dosage form – and make no statements about a health effect (see "Sources").
Quality & safety
Gastric acid-resistant capsules: the capsule shell is designed to withstand stomach acid (a property of the dosage form, not a health claim). Made in Germany to GMP standards, every batch laboratory-tested.
Use & combination
Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach with a little water. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
Sources
Regulatory classification: For bacterial cultures, no health claims are currently authorised in the EU – even the term "probiotic" is already legally considered a non-authorised health claim. We therefore deliberately refrain from using it and describe the product exclusively through its composition.
Research context (not a promise of effect): The human gut microbiome is an active field of research; an overview is given, for example, by Koneru et al. (2023), Current Opinion in Infectious Diseases (PMID: 37593952).
Note: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children. This content is for general information only and is not a substitute for medical advice – please consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have health concerns. Any EFSA health claims mentioned refer to the respective nutrients at a sufficient daily intake. References to studies provide scientific context and do not constitute any claim to cure or any health effect.
